About the Service Examen.lt provides online exam-format practice and learning tools for Lithuanian language exams (A1, A2). The Service is a preparation tool only β we do not conduct official exams, issue certificates, or guarantee any results. 2. Eligibility and Accounts You must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. 3. Paid Access and Subscriptions We offer time-limited access passes, a monthly subscription, and standalone paid add-ons. Exact offerings and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time β access continues until the end of the current billing period. 4. Payments and Billing Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Apple/Google). We do not store your full payment card details. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid access until payment is completed. 5. Refunds Because the Service includes digital content and immediate access, refunds may be limited. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@examen.lt. 6. Acceptable Use You agree not to share or transfer account access to others, bypass payment or access controls, use automated tools to scrape content, or use the Service for illegal purposes. 7. Intellectual Property All content on the Service is owned by Examen.lt or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own learning while you have valid access. 8. Disclaimers Examen.lt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the National Agency for Education (NΕ A) or any Lithuanian government institution. The Service is provided "as is" β we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will guarantee passing any exam. 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Examen.lt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. 10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. 11.
