What Data We Collect Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect: β€” Account and contact data: email address, name, language preferences. β€” Learning and usage data: practice activity, attempts, scores, progress. β€” Payment data: subscription type, billing history, invoice metadata. Payment details are processed by Apple/Google β€” we do not store full card numbers. β€” Device and technical data: IP address, device type, browser, timestamps, approximate location from IP, app instance identifiers, advertising click identifiers, and error logs. β€” Cookies and similar technologies: essential storage required for core functionality and, with your consent where required, optional analytics and advertising-measurement storage. 2. How We Use Your Data We use personal data to: provide and operate the Service, process payments and manage subscriptions, send service communications (receipts, security alerts, important updates), maintain security and prevent fraud, analyse and improve the Service, attribute visits and app activity to campaigns, and measure advertising conversions and performance. 3. Legal Bases (GDPR) We process data under: Contract (to provide the Service), Legal obligation (accounting and compliance), Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and service improvement), and Consent (optional analytics and advertising measurement, where required). 4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Measurement We use essential cookies and storage for login and core functionality. With your consent on the website, we use PostHog for product and usage analytics, Vercel Analytics for aggregate website traffic measurement, and Google Analytics to understand usage, attribute campaigns, and measure Google Ads conversions. Google Analytics may use analytics and advertising storage and receive advertising click identifiers and consent signals. We currently keep Google ad personalization disabled. In our iOS and Android apps, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to measure app usage, installs, activation, subscriptions, and campaign attribution. Firebase may process app instance and advertising identifiers according to your device settings and the consent choices required in your region. You can accept or reject optional website measurement and change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings. Rejecting optional measurement does not affect essential Service functionality. 5. Sharing of Data We share personal data only as necessary with: payment processors (Apple/Google), email delivery providers, analytics and advertising-measurement providers (including Google, PostHog, and Vercel, according to your consent settings), and hosting/infrastructure providers. All act under applicable contractual and data-protection terms. 6. International Transfers Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where this occurs, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other recognised safeguards. 7. Data Retention We keep data only as long as needed: account and learning data is retained while your account is active and deleted/anonymised after closure; billing records are kept as required by law; security logs are kept for 30–180 days; analytics and advertising-measurement data is retained according to the configured provider retention periods. 8. Your Rights (GDPR) You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to object to direct marketing. To exercise your rights, contact info@examen.lt. 9. Complaints If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) in Lithuania. 10.
