How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings β†’ Apple ID β†’ Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel from there.

I was charged but can't access premium features.

Try restoring your purchases from the Profile tab in the app. If the issue persists, email us at info@examen.lt with your Apple ID.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Profile tab in the app. All your data will be permanently removed.

The app isn't working correctly.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, email us at info@examen.lt with a description of the issue and your device model.
